Great Eats

One of my big loves is food, and great food at that. So when I find a good restaurant I generally have to shout about it.

Central Leeds

Thai Edge - Millennium Square
Absolutely gorgeously tasty Thai food, it's a little bit on the expensive side(mid range) but well worth it. They do discounts with a taste card and they also have their own 10% discount card. Sundays they do a buffet that gives you the opportunity to try some of their menu items and is worth it on a budget.

Little Tokyo - Central Road
Great food, especially their Bento boxes. I've tried a few different ones and everytime they've been really good. Be warned though there can be a long queue outside at dinner times.

Maxis Chinese - Bingley St
Pretty much my favourite Chinese restaurant in Leeds, they do everything i like well. Though the reception can be a bit frosty, the food is great and it can sometimes be nice and quiet which is great if you just want to grab a tasty bite to eat with a friend. Dim sum is served up till 6pm most days.

Reading

Miahs Garden of Gulab - Palmer Park
Really nice restaurant near Cemetery junction and located in the student area of Reading. The staff were really lovely whenever I attended and the food is very good. They offer deals on different days of the week and if your looking for a nice takeaway or restaurant this is well worth the visit. Do bear in mind however that eating in you have to pay for some things that they give you for free when you takeaway, such as the poppadoms.
